Coaching Program

shape your body, come home to it

For women who want a body they love, and a life they actually feel themselves in.

Stop fighting your body. Start working with it.

Hi, I’m Martina

and for as long as I can remember, I was at war with my body. I grew up feeling uncomfortable in my skin, constantly comparing myself to other girls.

I still remember standing in clothing stores watching other girls try on cute dresses. I would grab the same dresses, walk into the fitting room, look in the mirror and think, β€œThis isn’t for me.” And growing up that feeling just amplified. So in 2020, I entered the fitness world with one goal only: changing my body to finally like my reflection and hoping that I’d love myself then.

Which was my biggest mistake.

This is where my Fitness Journey really started

This is where my Fitness Journey really started

but not from a healthy place. Instead of coming home to my body, I was trying to escape from it. I wasn’t chasing a strong, healthy body I could feel confident in… I was chasing to be my smallest. Because that β€œperfect” body would have allowed me to like myself and find peace.

So I started strength training at home with dumbbells in my living room. At first, it felt empowering, I fell in love with lifting from the very first moment. But the fitness world I chose to step into was full of comparison, and unrealistic body ideals.

It filled my head with bodies I thought I needed to have. I jumped from influencer to influencer, workout to workout, trying to mold myself into their shape. I had no structure, no coach who could guide me and show me how to work with my body. This was bringing me further and further away from myself: I started checking my body every day, weighing myself hoping for a lower number, thinking constantly about food.

Strength training became an obsession. Something I β€œhad to” do. Food became fear. And my need for control became anxiety. So yeah, I lost weight, but also the connection with myself, and my body.

And then, after years of pushing and restricting…

…it finally caught up with me. My body started speaking louder than my fear of not having the β€œperfect body”. I started feeling muscular pain in my legs that I avoided for months, until I couldn’t anymore; I got tendinitis from overtraining and lack of structure & support.

My body was literally in pain, begging me to stop.

And that’s why I always say: strength training saved me. Because when you lift, you can’t escape your body. You pause, you feel it and you connect to it. And so through intentional strength training and mindfulness practices, I started to pay attention to what my body had been trying to tell me for so long.

And it was painful to recognize. How exhausted I was. How unhappy I was. How disconnected, from my body, myself and ultimately from the people I loved.

And that’s when it hit me: I had lost myself in the process. The fitness journey I started to love my body and myself more, actually brought me far away from them. I was scared and in pain. But I chose to listen. To pause. To find the courage to recognize my situation.. as terrifying as it was. To take the first, shaky steps.

And after years of pushing and restricting…

Over the following years, I started reconnecting with myself again…

…I started a journey to shape my body led by love & authenticity. I rebuilt my strength. My intuition. Softened back into my femininity. Started talking to myself with love. Work with my body.

I started training intentionally and learning how to give my movement structure. I started eating more to give my body the fuel it needed β€” at first with fear, then with relief as I felt my energy return. I found joy in food & cooking again. I started journaling, meditation, and learned how to speak to myself with kindness & love.

Slowly my spark came back. My body felt safer. Healthier! Stronger! And to my biggest surprise the body I for long wished for, didn’t come through restriction or punishment.

It came when fitness became expansive, not restricting.

And I knew: this wasn’t just my journey. This was my purpose.

I became a fitness coach because I want to help women shape a body they love and feel themselves in. I know what it feels like to feel lost in a fitness journey and lose yourself in it, and I want to show you there is another way.

I don’t want you to disappear into restriction, fear, burnout, or disconnection. Because there is another way.

A way that builds strength and self-trust. Where the journey feels supportive.

You’ve tried it all.

You’ve tried diets, workout plans, cutting carbs, following influencers, meal prepping, and pushing yourself harder at the gym.

And you're still standing in front of the mirror criticizing what you see, waiting to feel proud.

You don’t need more of that. You need a different approach.

FITNESS

Strength Training

Strength Training

You become stronger, healthier and more capable; with a strength training program that evolves with you, progressive overload that builds visible results, and movement that finally feels like something you look forward to do, for yourself.

Reconnection with Your Body

Reconnection with Your Body

You stop overriding your body and start listening to it. You notice hunger before it turns into a binge, fatigue before it turns into injury, and discomfort before it turns into obsession. You finally trust the signals you spent years learning to ignore and that trust becomes the foundation everything else is built on.

Nourishment

Nourishment

You stop managing, restricting, and compensating and start nourishing. You learn to eat with confidence, enjoy food freely, and never feel like one meal undoes everything.

The Journey

Three phases. Clarity. An approach that finally works with you.

For the first time, you stop overriding your body and start listening to it. You start noticing your body, your patterns, your habits.

We ease into structure intentionally to create stability, consistency and trust in yourself while we prepare your body for transformation.

AWAKE

AWAKE

Strength builds. Results become visible. And for the first time, you rest without guilt, fuel without the mental noise and train because it grounds you.

It’s the core of the transformation. No more fighting, or forcing.

A new way to see and feel your body, to create intentional, steady and sustainable transformation.
