I have been doing my training for about 6 months now, and the first 3 months was incredible to see how i accomplished to find a SUSTAINABLE diet that allowed me to carry with my day to day activities as well as my training all whilst also fueling my body and my booty for specific targeted physical goals. And in six months time i can say i accomplished a physique that i am very comfortable in, but also very excited to keep getting stronger, and definitely accomplished to have a healthy relationship with food.

What I appreciate most is that Martina doesn't promise quick, easy fixes. You sit down together and build out 3-month, 6-month, and yearly goals that are sustainable, realistic, and adapted to your lifestyle — no sky-high expectations that only end up demotivating you. My biggest wins so far are the mind-body connection I've developed, feeling more confident in my own skin, the energy I feel throughout the day, and learning that eating more doesn't mean looking worse — that with the right proportions to fuel your body, you can climb harder, lift heavier, and get results you actually enjoy.

After six months, I’ve gained structure and confidence in the process. My goal was not necessarily to lose weight, but to stay at a healthy weight while building more muscle definition, staying active, and feeling more confident in my body. I’ve been able to see positive changes not only physically, but mentally as well. Working out gives me energy for the rest of my day, and I’ve also learned that rest days are OK. Overall, I feel stronger, more confident, and much more consistent with my fitness routine.
